Located in the heart of Houma, Louisiana, Houma Health Insurance Service, LLC has proudly served our community since October 1988. As a locally owned and operated agency, we understand the unique needs of individuals, families, and businesses in our area — because this is our home, too.
For over three decades, we have helped employers design and implement group employee benefit programs that support and protect their teams. We also work closely with individuals and families to review their options for individual health insurance, Medicare coverage, short-term coverage, life insurance, dental, and vision plans. She began her career in Atlanta, Georgia, working with John Hancock Financial Services. Through hard work, integrity, and a client-focused approach, Monica has grown Houma Health Insurance Service, LLC, into the successful and trusted agency it is today.
Monica is a graduate of NAIFA’s Leadership in Life Institute (LILI) and is a past President of the NAIFA La-Terre Chapter. Her leadership within the industry reflects her commitment to professional excellence and service.
She possesses comprehensive knowledge across a wide range of insurance products, including Life, Health, Medicare, Disability, Dental, and Vision insurance, allowing her to provide personalized solutions tailored to meet each client’s needs.
Licensed since April 2019, Elise works with individual health insurance, group employee benefits, and Medicare plans, with a strong focus on individual coverage and employer-sponsored benefits. She is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses find coverage that fits their needs and budget.
Elise’s mission is simple: to remove the confusion and stress often associated with insurance by providing clear guidance, responsive support, and quality service every step of the way.
Cassie transitioned into the health insurance industry and became a licensed health agent in 2024. She assists clients with individual health insurance, group employee benefits, and Medicare products, with a strong focus on Medicare planning. Her experience in social services allows her to approach each client with empathy, patience, and a commitment to clear communication.
Cassie is dedicated to educating clients, simplifying the insurance process, and helping them find coverage solutions that truly meet their needs.
